Daily Talk #2 Dealing With My Bad Habits

So here I am in week two and its starting to kick in that my bad habits will make or break my goals. Is facebook always open in a tab on your desktop? I actually stop opening fb on my desktop over a year ago. Are netflix and reality shows your thing? Working for your self will show how distracted you can be and other bad habits.

Easier Said

I'm coming to learn it is easier said than in staying focused and keep rigid to the plan. Especially straight out the gate. I had someone tell me tonight, "there is no right or wrong way to get in this. You just have to keep pushing forward like you doing..." I don't know if he really knows how much that means to me. It's the little moments where I have to remind myself. Change start with you, one step at a time. Change starts small... Eventually, I know when I look back it will beyond where I started.
