Hello everyone, welcome to Retromusic week #14...I trust we all are doing good. This week I'd be performing a song from the late 70's by Jamaican singer, musician and songwriter Bob Marley called "Is this love". The song was released in the year 1978 and is still a fan favourite till date.

This is a beautiful love song from Bob, he simply is trying to get through to a woman by expressing the deep feelings of love and commitment he feels towards her.

"We'll be together with a roof right over our head", and "We'll share the shelter of my single bed" shows him expressing his willingness to settle down with her no matter what it takes, no matter how much or little he has, He's willing to be with her through it all because he's so in love with her. He believes Jah would provide the bread, all they need to survive and keep going.

"I wanna love and treat you right" is him telling the woman how he can do right by her, he wants to treat her right if she gives him the chance to. He's going to do all it takes to make her happy and comfortable. Towards the end he says "I am willing and able so I put my cards on your table" this shows how he's put himself out there now its up to her to decide if she feels the same. It's her decision to make because he's already so in love with her, and he's sure this is love he's feeling ❤️. Hola a todos, bienvenidos a la semana #14 de Retromusic... Confío en que todos estemos bien. Esta semana interpretaría una canción de finales de los 70 del cantante, músico y compositor jamaiquino Bob Marley llamada "Is this love". La canción fue lanzada en el año 1978 y sigue siendo una de las favoritas de los fanáticos hasta la fecha.
