How much do we like Primitivo di Manduria?

It is one of our favorite grape varieties. Every time we open a bottle we are always full of desire and expectations. Talò Primitivo di Manduria DOP by San Marzano. This bottle did not disappoint us at all. Primitivo in purity that expresses warmth, enveloping aroma, red fruits at 360 degrees, elegant and not excessive tannins. Harvest 2019, aged 6 months in barrique. In my opinion, the perfect match for savory main courses. It needs to breathe a few hours to be appreciated at its best. There is nothing else to add, we just can't wait to open another bottle!

Quanto ci piace il Primitivo di Manduria?

È uno dei nostri vitigni preferiti. Ogni volta che apriamo una bottiglia siamo sempre carichi di desiderio e aspettative. Talò Primitivo di Manduria DOP by San Marzano. Questa bottiglia non ci ha affatto deluso. Primitivo in purezza che esprime calore, profumo avvolgente, frutti rossi a 360 gradi, tannini eleganti e non eccessivi. Vendemmia 2019, affinato 6 mesi in barrique. L'abbinamento perfetto secondo me per secondo piatti saporiti. Ha bisogno di ossigenare qualche ora per essere apprezzato al meglio. Non c'è da aggiungere altro, ma solo che non vediamo l'ora di aprire un'altra bottiglia!
