Floods
Since we moved to our new house we have been exploring the new town and areas around our estate. Our biggest worry before we bought our first house was that we would find a house we loved but over time realise the area wasn't great - location has always been important to us as we work from home so much of the time!
I'm still not sure quite how we lucked out so much, but every time we go out we are just more and more grateful to have found such an incredible location. Most of all having the River Wharfe on our doorstep is a dream come true, even if it is prone to flooding at this time of year. Thankfully the flood defences did their job and we didn't have any nervous moments!
