This week, the Skatehive platform saw some gnarly changes 🤙, thanks to our devs @web-gnar, @xvlad, and @vaipraonde. Here's the lowdown on the major moves:

The 'Webgnar' Merge 🎨

• A massive merge by @web-gnar brought in the 'vaipraondes theme', a sleek new look that freshens up our vibe. This update involved a radical overhaul with over 5,000 lines added and removed! It's like switching up your deck for a brand-new session. 🛹🔥

Enhanced Comment System 💬

• @xvlad and @vaipraonde worked on fixing the child comment count. Now, when you're stoked on a post and want to see the hype in the comments, the numbers actually make sense. 🔢👍

Flip Book Madness 📚

• Ever dreamt of flipping through a skate mag online? Now you can, thanks to @web-gnar's flip book feature. Videos stop playing when you flip pages, so you don't miss a beat. 🎥🚫

Leaderboard Love 🏆

• @xvlad has added new leaderboard functionalities, complete with sorting options and podium image generation. Time to see who's the king of the hill in Skatehive! 👑🏄‍♂️

Token Management Upgrade 💰

• Our resident code wizard 🧙‍♂️, @xvlad, rolled out new TypeScript interfaces for better token management. Say goodbye to those clunky old ways of handling your digital stash. 🚀🔧

Miscellaneous Tweaks 🔄

• From sidebar icon updates to new rules modals, the devs have been tightening up every nut and bolt. Check out the full code changes here lol:

• GIF and Media Uploads: New GIF maker and image compressor components mean you can share your sessions faster and cleaner.

Mint and Transaction Updates 💳

• @xvlad focused on refining the MintButton component for a smoother user experience. Mint errors? Not today! 🚫✨

Layout and Readability 📖

• Several components, like the DroposalTransaction and TokensSection, got a facelift for better readability. Props to @xvlad for keeping it clean. 🌟🧽

New Features 🆕

• Introducing the ContractsCard component by @r4topunk. Now you can flex those DAO contracts with ease on the Base network. 💪📜
