Art Talk posts 2019

The collection of Art Talk posts in 2019. The art I highlighted corresponded to what was happening in my life at the time and I did a lot of traveling.

Mother
My mother died in January 2019. There are a few posts that have to do with my mother and our connection.

Then I took a break to grieve and heal.

In May my brother @jarvie and sister and I went on a family heritage trip to England and Scotland. We started the trip in Italy and of course there is amazing art there.

England
We were in the countryside most of the time we were in England. I did talk my siblings to going to Kew Gardens to see Chihuly and we all loved it.

Again we were in the countryside most of the time we were in Scotland.

In October I went to see a friend and got to see a Chihuly exhibit for a second time this year.

New York City
I went to NYC for a work conference and of course visited the MET.

Washington, DC
After the conference in NY I went down to DC and went to my favorite museum, the National Gallery of Art.
