Art Talk: Hands

While I was on vacation in October I had a fascination with hands. I took a lot of pictures of hands in the many museums I visited and even got a great picture of hands remembering.

What do hands mean to you?

You pray with hands.

You hold others

Sometimes you hold books

Sometimes you hold weapons

There are so many different hands

Hands quiet in death

Hands remembering friends

Hands on Murals

Hands on buses

Hands that hang down

Hands that are raised high

Hands that touch the soil

So many different types of hands.
