Boba Matcha Latte
Hello guys...
Today I want to share the story of how I made Boba Matcha Latte ice. For breaking the fast today I wanted a sweet and creamy drink like Matcha Latte but this time I made a different one using Boba.
The first thing to do is make the Boba first. The ingredients used are tapioca flour, jelly, enough water and brown sugar. The first step is to mix 1 pack of chocolate-flavored jelly with enough tapioca flour. Next, knead the dough until smooth and round in shape. Then sprinkle the boba with flour so it doesn't stick. The next step is to boil the boba until cooked. Then strain and put the boba into the melted brown sugar. Boba is ready to use.
Next we make the Matcha Latte, the ingredients used are matcha powder, full cream milk and creamer. First, dissolve the matcha powder with enough warm water, then add the ice cubes. Then pour full cream milk and add the boba that was made earlier to taste. And finally add creamer on top of it. Ice Boba Matcha Latte is ready to be served.
Look how appetizing the appearance of this Boba Matcha Latte is. It tastes sweet, creamy and also has a chewy sensation from the Boba. This is another way to enjoy Matcha Latte. You can try to make it yourself guys.
That's it for today. Happy iftar for those who are fasting.
