Es geht darum sein Avater Schrägstrich Profilbild sinnig zu erläutern.

Seit wann verwendest Du Dein aktuelles Profilbild?

Da es alles andere als Standart ist einen Avater hochzuladen hat es einige Zeit gedauert bis was zu sehen war.
Irgendwann innerhalb des ersten Monats.

Was ist auf Deinem Profilbild zu sehen?

Ein Soda-Syphon schätzungsweise aus den 70ern aus Spanien.

Woher stammt Dein Profilbild und wie ist es entstanden? Hast Du es selbst erstellt? Wieso hast Du Dir genau dieses Bild ausgesucht? Warum genau dieses Bild?

Das Bild habe ich selbst gemacht mit der Intention es auf Steemit zu nutzen.
Ich wollte eine gewisse Coherence zwischen Name und Avater schaffen.
Zwischenzeitlich weiss ich das dass nicht gut funktioniert, da viele nichts mit dem Bild eines Soda-Siphons anfangen können und bei meinem Namen eher an ein Abwasserrohr denken.

Warum ich diesen Siphon gewält habe kann ich nicht sagen, es war Zufall. Ich habe eine Soda-Syphon Sammlung die mir ziemlich am Herzen lliegt.
Ich glaube ich mag Siphone schlicht da sie so schön bunt und massiv sind, außerdem dekorativ.

Der Siphon ist aus Traiguera in der Comunidad Valenciana/Spanien. Die Firma Mampel (Hersteller / Grosshändler Kohlensäurehaltiger Getränke) gibt es immer noch, warscheinlich befüllen sie keine Syphone mehr 😕 es soll aber noch ein paar Firmen in Spanien geben die bis heute diesen Service anbieten.

Würdest Du Dein Bild gerne Wechseln?

Ich würde es wechseln wenn ich einen guten Grund dafür hätte, ansonsten denke ich das es eher verwirrend für meine Follower ist wenn ich meinen Avater wechsle.

Since when do you use your current profile picture?

As it's anything but standard to upload an avatar it took some time.
Sometime within the first month.

What can be seen on your profile picture?

A soda syphon estimated from the 70s from Spain.

Where does your profile picture come from and how did it originate? Did you create it yourself? Why did you choose this picture? Why exactly this picture?

I made the picture myself with the intention to use it on steemit.
I wanted to create a certain coherence between name and avater.
Meanwhile I know that it doesn't work well, because many people have no idea what a soda siphon looks like and think of my name as a sewage pipe.

I can't say why I chose this siphon, it was a coincidence. I have a soda siphon collection that is quite close to my heart.
I think I like Siphones simply because they are beautiful, colorful and solid, also decorative.

The siphon is from Traiguera in the Comunidad Valenciana/Spain. The company Mampel (producer / wholesaler of carbonated beverages) still exists, probably they don't fill Syphones any more 😕 but there should be some companies in Spain that offer this service until today.

Would you like to change your picture?

I would change it if I had a good reason for it, otherwise I think it's more confusing for my followers when I change my avatar.
