Negroni - a pre-dinner drink

I was at Otto Restaurant over last weekend. I'll post more about that soon.

But I would like to talk about a cocktail/drink called Negroni which I had.

Wiki states :
The Negroni is a popular Italian cocktail, made of one part gin, one part vermouth rosso (red, semi-sweet), and one part Campari, garnished with orange peel. It is considered an apéritif.

If you like orange, you'd find this drink appropriate to start off the meal with a bang ;)
