This dish, is a pre-starter course. It is ham-wrapped Russian salad.
Its one mouthful just to get your palette going for the rest of the evening.
Of course, before this course, we have the usual choices of freshly baked breads with good olive oil.
And even before the bread, one must sip on the Negroni Cocktail
