Greetings, friends. A new watercolor illustration for the Western Shores project working with @manoldonchev is done. I was impatient to see it finished. And I think it looks quite well. Starting with the background was my first step. I used light tunes like ochre, yellow, green. Also, I tried to make a little mist between the trees, trying to make the illustration more mystical...Then made the trees. I wanted the illustration to be more illuminated by light with an idea of a rock in the foreground. My first idea was to make four wolves but decided to erase one of them because it was not a good place to be there. This was an idea of my husband and boss of the project:). It was very exciting for me to make this illustration. Recently I have the energy and ideas to make more and more illustrations for this board game. I publish some steps of the process.
