On Steemit the Future is Now!

I read an interesting post yesterday, I think it’s title was “Only 50 Cryptocurrencies are going to survive”. The author talked about the large numbers of cryptocurrencies in existence and how many would fail, I think he said 90% of all projects would fail.

My thoughts on the article:
I am also very high on Steem for many of the reasons, but two reasons I think are very important, which were discussed in this article were:

Steem has an ecosystem that is consistently growing. While it does not have the hype and marketing of some projects, it is moving forward at a steady pace. Applications are appearing on a regular basis with the existing ones seeing nice growth. This is not something that many chains are seeing.<
I also agree strongly with this point also as it is the major advantage that STEEM has over most other cryptocurrencies is that not only is there is a real use case for the cryptocurrency Steem, but it’s not a theoretical use case, it’s already in use.
We are seeing people interacting with the ecosystem on a daily basis and using the currency.<
This is light years ahead of most other projects.<

Sometimes here on Steemit and also on the Steem Blockchain....

🤔We see all the daily activity (over 20,000 active users daily).

🤔We are aware of all the development activity here with new Applications like Steemhunt, Partiko, Actifit, Steem Monsters and now drug wars.....

But do we know that for many other blockchains this type of activity is “just a dream”?

Do we know that many things that we already have are what many other cryptocurrency coins, blockchains and communities hope to have one day?

Our present is like the future dreams of other blockchain.

But on the Steem Blockchain the future is now.
