Finish this drawing

I posted a Finish This Drawing challenge few days ago and here I made my finished version myself. I allowed some days in between to rest before I continued with my drawing that is the process. The unfinished reference drawing below is indeed unfinished with no clear vision yet when I was doodling it. I guess that makes it more interesting.

I started the doodle with a thick brush creating this bushy brown thing that resembles a fur coat that is the initial idea. Well, I did not veer away from that idea and developed it further to create this lovely fashionista strutting the street with her unique outfit
