Yes I know of them. Seems someone had a very long term plan hey. Make the masses infertile and the greedy few get less slaves. I can see that backfiring big style.
When people realise they has been neutered without consenting. They will have nothing to lose by attacking and killing those that perpetrated the crime. Including their extended families.
