据报道，北京市海淀区人民法院把ofo 创始人列入了失信名单，不得实施部分高消费及非生活和工作必需的消费行为，包括乘坐飞机、列车软卧等交通工具。
ofo押金退款，据说现在有超过一千万人申请退还 99 元人民币的押金，后面的人很大可能是拿不到这笔钱了。
