3D printing with high temp filament

Finally had a good reason to buy some high temp filament for my 3D printer.

The plastic/fibre bushing that sits between the intake and the carburetor on the little Yamaha was broken badly enough that the carb was barely hanging on.

I took some measurements of the bushing, after getting it out of the carb, mocked it up in CAD and after a few attempts managed to get a usable print. This CPE high temp filament is a bear to print and it took a while to find the right settings.

I took the intake off the cylinder for easier test fitting and found a piece of the old bushing in the reed block!

With the new bushing in I could finally get the little bike to idle.

Now it's just the small matter of connecting the carb to the airbox...
