2 X BAGUETTES
1 X RED ONION
SWEET CHILLI CREAM CHEESE
4 X TOMOTOES
1 AND HALF CUPS GRATED MOZZARELLA CHEESE
BASIL LEAVES
METHOD
HALVE THE BREAD AND SPREAD WITH THE CREAM CHEESE.
FILL WITH TOMATO ONION AND BASIL. SCATTER OVER THE CHEESE AND CLOSE THE SANDWICH.
COOK OVER MED COALS.
SLICE AND SERVE.
