Una bella serie statunitense.
Al centro della vicenda il nuovo direttore sanitario di un ospedale pubblico.
Egli lotta come una tigre affinche al primo posto ci sia la cura dei pazienti e non soldi e carriera. La strada per la lotta alla burocrazia e al "sistema" è quello che fin da subito fa affezionare lo spettatore.
