Today I have made a fun recipe with guava. Many people like this guava paste. So today I have also made a healthy food recipe. Guava is a very beneficial fruit.
Everyone should eat at least one guava every day. Guava contains a lot of vitamin C. And it has very low cholesterol. It has immunity to various diseases. Eating guava every day can get rid of major diseases.
For example, it can protect against diseases like cancer. This guava can be eaten both raw and ripe. In addition, jelly can be made with guava. Guava is usually a summer fruit. We get it all year round. Guava is very cheap in price. Otherwise, everyone can get it.
The recipe that I will make with this guava will require some ingredients. The ingredients are: salt, sugar, chili powder, tamarind and kasundi. The kasundi is made with mustard. It makes the guava paste more delicious.
First, wash the guavas. Now, I will chop them into pieces with the help of a knife. Now, I will add salt, sugar, chili and kasundi to the guava. After mixing well, a delicious guava paste is made. Guava paste with tamarind also makes it more delicious.
When we were very young, we had many guava trees in our house. We could harvest enough guava trees every day. Even then, the guavas would never run out.
Many guavas can be obtained from one guava tree. Guava is in great demand in the market. Guava is a favorite of people of almost all ages. I eat guavas in large quantities. I always have guavas at my house. Many times, if I don't have time to mash them, I eat them with salt.
