I was summoned to film the physical preparation of the local Guatire football team, Marítimo de Miranda, in its Sub 15 category. The training was in charge of the physical trainer Jhon Alvarez and his assistant Keiber Morillo, they prepared touch and passing precision exercises with the ball; quick touch between two people at the ends and one in the middle; two rounds of wall passing the ball with the hand and with the ball on the floor; station where the player goes and touches, heads and returns the ball, all this quickly.

Fui convocado para filmar la preparación física del equipo de fútbol local de Guatire, Marítimo de Miranda, en su categoría Sub 15. El entrenamiento estuvo a cargo del preparador físico Jhon Alvarez y su asistente Keiber Morillo, ellos prepararon ejercicios de toque y precisión de pase con el balón; toque rápido entre dos personas en extremos y uno en el medio; dos rondos de pared pasando el balón con la mano y con balón en el piso; estación donde el jugador va y toca, cabezea y devuelve el balón, todo esto de manera rápida.

To finish there was an exercise, at one end of the field of ringing, jumping and maximum speed until the end of the field; zigzag in speed and the classic braid from one end of the field to the other. This exercise was a challenge to follow, since they are good players and they go fast with each touch of the ball, where they mark the transitions precisely and at the foot of the partner who gives it to them.

Para finalizar hubo un ejercicio, en un extremo de la campo de repique, salto y velocidad máxima hasta el final de la cancha; de zig zag en velocidad y la clásica trenza de un extremo del campo hacia el otro. Este ejercicio fue un reto seguirlo, ya que son buenos jugadores y van rápido en cada toque de balón, dónde marcan las transiciones de forma precisa y al pie del compañero que se la dan.

This experience was very rewarding and productive for me, since apart from dedicating myself to audiovisual arts, I also play soccer in my free time when I don't have a recording. Since I was a child I have been practicing this great sport that I have always followed in the great continental championships such as the FIFA World Cup, Copa Libertadores, Copa América or the Champions Leguey, beyond sport there are the values ​​that Football offers you, such as work in team, maximum effort and goals you want to achieve.

Esta experiencia me fue muy gratificante y productiva, ya que yo aparte de dedicarme a las artes audiovisuales también juego futbol en mis tiempos libres cuando no tengo grabación. Desde pequeño práctico este gran deporte que lo sigo desde siempre en los grandes campeonatos continentales cómo la Copa Mundial de la FIFA, Copa Libertadores, Copa América o la Champions Leguey, más allá del deporte está los valores que te ofrece el Fútbol como el trabajo en equipo, el esfuerzo máximo y las metas que quiered cumplír.
