Removing a vote...? How does it impact VP?
So... say I vote for something and change my mind...
Maybe it was an accident, maybe I didn't really understand the post and now regret it, who knows... but I want to undo it.
So I click the blue arrow, and the vote is whisked away into the void.
Now what? Specifically, how does that impact my overall Voting Power? Do I get it back?
