LMAC 199: Shift

Sunday is my day for photo manipulations and collages!
Here's entry to the Let's Make a Collage - A Contest for All Creatives on Hive - Round 199 - 58 HIVE in the Prize Pool!

The hardest thing is to shift perspective out of your comfort zone and thus break through your soap bubble. But is there anything better elsewhere?
If you are being slow-cooked you might even believe it.
Either way, everyone is trying to find their happiness, even if they have to go somewhere else to do it.

The creation process

I made the collage in Photoshop.
First, I created a background from the base image. I deleted all but houses and added clouds, road, and ladders.
All the other entities, I processed first and then added to the image in layers.

Hope you have fun!

I also tried coloring the collage, but I wasn't happy with the result. Maybe someone will like it.
