Brew Day America Pale Ale (Part 5)
Cold Crashing (Cooling the Wort)
In this video (sorry for the out of focus video), we put the wort chiller in the boiler and run (ice) cold water through it. This process rapidly cools the wort and adds to the clarity of the finished product - Beer. In my next video, I will show the kegging process where we put the beer into a keg. Stay tuned!
