Balance in Light and Frequency
The relationship between frequencies, and our ability to comprehend those frequencies is the reality of Darkness and Light.
There is no such thing as an absence of one or the other, which is to say they are both ever-present.
Our observations have little to no bearing on the immediate or current balance between the two, except the perceptions we are currently entertaining.
Frequencies are ever present, and our perceptions are just an interpretation of the current balance of frequency; or rather distortion thereof.
Therefore raise your frequency, change your perception...
