My Actifit Report Card: October 17 2019

It was such a pain in the ass experiment in school. But now I find it so often. Can anyone guess what it is? First correct guess gets 2 sbi shares.
Hint: I found this blue crystal in tissue culture incubator

Ah! Looks like I have gained weight. That is despite all the diet I am following and despite all the activity - which is on average 10000 steps or more. And there is a reason behind that. I am doing my best to quit smoking. I was able to stop it in between using ecigs, but one stressor in life and I was back to smoking a pack a day. Not being able to concentrate with cigarettes is also a big reason behind my low post frequency. Anyhow, I am seeking therapy for quitting as of now. Hence, despite high activity my weight may not go down. But let's see if I can figure out the right diet to get me through this without becoming too fat.

Anyway, about today's activity. Well, like usual I walked a lot. With dogs, to work, to home. But most fun part was finding this thing in the picture in my tissue culture incubator. Let's see if anyone can guess what it is. If not I will later make a science post explaining what it is.
