Some items from the right menu are not working

In this post I want to report a bug I found on steem.io.

While browsing through the menu situated on right side of the screen, I noticed that some items were not clickable.

As you can see from the gif bellow, the “Join Steemit”, the two social media icons and the github icon cannot be accessed. You cannot see from the gif that I am clicking but you can notice that the cursor does not become a pointer.

When I inspected the “Join Steemit” link with the Chrome inspector tool, I noticed that the footer tag was selected in the “Elements” tab of the inspector.

This indicates that the footer tag is in front of the “Join Steemit” link and the social links too.

To test it, I used Google Chrome Version 62.0.3202.94 (Official Build) (64-bit), on Windows 10.
