Spend almost all day line to do a procedure in the bank. Because the Transfermovil Payment Gateway (Cuba), since yesterday has problems making transfers. Then I had to go to the bank for an official to do the transfer.

This, took me more than half of the day ...

I left there, feeling very small. Shameful things happened and I heard really painful stories in those waiting hours. Maybe I manage to tell them one day, But today I can't. My empathy level is very high, it hurts a lot for what people are happening.

Pasé casi todo el día haciendo fila para hacer un trámite en el banco. Porque la pasarela de pagos Transfermóvil (Cuba) tiene problemas para realizar transferencias desde ayer. Tuve que ir al banco para que un agente hiciera la transferencia.

Esto me llevó más de la mitad del día…

Salí de allí sintiéndome muy pequeña. Sucedieron cosas vergonzosas y escuché historias muy dolorosas durante esas horas de espera. Quizás algún día pueda contarlas, pero hoy no puedo. Mi nivel de empatía es muy alto y me duele mucho lo que está pasando la gente. 🙏
