Recognise your worth! What's your worth ?

This is me in my natural habitat (i e, no make up or filter)

As we get older, fatter, long in tooth and....

Ok scrap that!

As we get more experienced, volumptuous, and wise, we sometimes forget to thank ourselves for having some wonderful qualities.

Everybody has something to offer, or something that is admirable about another. I believe that.

So Im going to say 10 positive things about myself that I believe is true.

I am quirky and fun
My boobs are still somewhere north on the body scale
I am a great motivator
I have my own teeth
I trust more than I mistrust
I have skills in hiding my laughter lines
I have a lot of friends and a beautiful family
I can still do a crab
I am entreprenurial
I never give up (unless its about vanilla icecream)

Have a go...it's good to focus and remember the positive things about us once in a while !
