Beat eggs, separately egg yolks, separately egg whites. Add 2 tablespoons of water and a little salt to the egg yolks and whisk with a foam mixer. Add a little salt to the egg whites and beat the same in hard snow with a mixer. Put on a moderate heat to bake. Cover the pan and bake for about 3 minutes, unfold and put the egg whites and spread nicely and cover and bake for about 3 minutes. Put the finished egg on a plate and fold
