⚠️🔴Wow! How so, so naive I am!🔴⚠️

Here I thought #hive was a safe and fun place to be
I signed up in Jan 2022, yeah it's been a year, I have not been active at all mostly because I was uninformed of the workings of Hive Blockchain so felt somewhat intimidated. That was until I received an email from #ctp of their Hive Guide earlier this year.
I jumped right in! The Hive Guide showed me this platform is not so complex and the potential was enormous. Great guide guys jongolson and blainjones, it lifted some of my blocks I had. I have since been using Ecency as my main go to, particularly active in the Actifit and now Strava2Hive communities.
Now here starts my "Naiveness". 2 days ago I was #downvoted by a user, who in the meantime has apologize for this error (you can see this post here: @sandralopes/downvoted-why). On this thread two users joined in the comments. ( see images )

I have not replied to the 1st user as I felt threatened where he insinuates

He was given a chance to rectify the situation and chose not to. It's your choice to base your opinions on one side of the story, but supporting users like this may not work out so well.

But I #downvoted his comment along with the other comment.
And the this happens!

Now whether I was being biased or not does not call for this negative activity that I am a Victim of. Why #downvote my posts? Are they trying to prove a point by exerting their authority! Hell most of those downvotes came from accounts that don't have a high following or posts!
To me it feels like bullying and that is the ugly truth of what I'm feeling at this moment.

So what do I do?
Run?
Or
Do I stay and hope that someone or an official authority of the #hive block investigates this type of behavior?
