BitAI Network Update: Wallets Delayed

After finding a last minute bug we have been forced to delay the wallet for a few days. While we appreciate many are looking forward to start moving their token away from the platform and into offline wallets, as well as to start staking, please remember that the wallets were not scheduled to be released until the 28th March. We are working very hard to give you these wallets long before that date and hope that by the end of next week we will be able to do so. Before we do, however, we must ensure that the wallets work as expected.

New support system

We still receive hundreds of support tickets and the majority are tickets for which answers could be found by reading the road map or the white paper. In view of this we have re-organized the support system by offering a self help desk before ticket submission. The help desk can be accessed from the main menu on the website as can the previous ticket system. Hopefully, this move will help you get your answers faster, while also help us cut down on support requests, thus freeing up time to concentrate on other important areas of the platform.

Change in navigation

The navigation on BITAI network has been moved to the top of the website which should make it easier for people to get around.
