Why is it too difficult to trust someone
Trust, you see is a big word that means a lot to everyone in this world. Everyone on this planet be it a human or an animal has someone to trust. Trusting someone is a big deal, it is never easy to trust someone. Many people lose trust in people due to many reasons. I would like to elaborate on some of them.
One of the reasons is, “You Think About the Negative”. One of the biggest reasons why people do not trust someone is the fact that they think about the negative people will bring to them. Due to how people break their trust with people whenever they want to trust someone again, they think about the negative aspect of not trusting them again because of what can happen to them. Breaking trust is the most painful thing on this planet.
You look suspicious of the people around you. For a person not to trust someone is due to the fact that you suspect the person of something which may lead you not to trust the person. For example, when people go in for relationship it is difficult to trust their partners because they suspect that one could be cheating on the other which could lead to people not trusting other people.
If you experience a fear of abandonment, it can be a constant source of anxiety in all of your relationships. For instance, receiving an email from your boss asking you to stop by their office can trigger thoughts of being fired. Seeing photos of friends enjoying themselves may cause you to worry that you were intentionally excluded. In romantic relationships, you may feel a persistent fear of abandonment, wondering if your partner is preparing to end things.
Struggling with the feeling that you must handle everything alone, it can be challenging to trust others to follow through, so you take on all the responsibilities. This can result in striving for perfection, increased stress, and excessive workload. In a professional setting, this tendency can impede teamwork since it can be difficult to delegate tasks or depend on others to fulfill their duties.
