Happiness: A Journey
While growing up, happiness was all about having all the toys, playing with sand, and a few cartoon movies, but growing up has taught us that happiness doesn’t just come easily like it was growing up. We are now designed to take on responsibility and do things for ourselves. It’s been quite hard trying to find ultimate happiness. Nothing can ever satisfy our pleasures on earth.
We got to a point where we thought having the latest Nintendo, PlayStation, or Xbox would give us the utmost joy we looked for, but we later realized that after getting all this stuff, we still didn’t become as happy since we wanted more. We shifted to thinking getting the latest iPhone would bring us happiness, but after getting it, we still went back to our default feeling. I ask myself, why this?
In my opinion, pleasure is the most important factor. Being content with yourself is one of the factors that determines your level of happiness. With that in mind, I've discovered that my identity, not my possessions, is what makes me happy. I've learnt to accept my imperfections and work hard to get better every single day.
Now I ask, are you content with your life?
Now lets look at it in this dimension of life also, I am not claiming it is simple, but it is worth a go. We are not made happy by the things that bring us grief. They don't help us achieve our goals any faster. We are only made miserable by them on occasion. It feels as though everything that might go wrong has.
The entire world appears to be working against us. The cosmos seems to be working against us.

We feel as though the only thing we can do is keep going and try not to moan too much since we are always being tested. Tragic events and violent conflicts frequently appear in the news, making it simple to forget that life is meant to be joyful At moments when it seems like the entire universe is working against us to bring about our misery, the first thing we must understand is that neither external circumstances nor other people are the source of happiness.
It originates from within. It is something that is entirely under our control. We emit happiness when we are joyful. Young children are trained to be happy. If you’re not grinning, you’re not being funny enough if people aren’t laughing, but as you age, you come to understand that finding happiness isn’t always simple.
Family is what binds us together to rejoice in our victories and support us through our struggles.Communities are bound together through families. It is the place where you can go to experience support and affection. You can develop, learn, and give back there.I'm extremely appreciative of the people in my life, especially my family, who have always provided provided me with love and support.
