A cobbler sits by the roadside, sewing old shoes. Hand needle, thread and melody, the new light gets shoes for his work.

The smell of skin, the touch of hands, the happiness in his life is so fleeting. Touching the ground is his work, but with a smile on his face, there is no shame.

The shoes are old, worn out, cracked, but in his hands there is new life and strength. In the cobbler's heart, as cold as the ground, But in his labor new hope grows.

Everyone wants to shine, go to the cobbler, it's all a secret. In the humming tone of his work, he builds up every day.

From morning to evening, there are cobblestones under the feet. People walk in his efforts, he remains invisible on the edge of society.

But the cobbler's heart is big, his story burns with a soft glow. Not just mending shoes, but his hand woven life.

মুচি বসে পথের ধারে, পুরনো জুতো সেলাই করে।
হাতের সুঁই, সুতো আর সুর,তারই কাজে জুতো পায় নূতন নূর।

চামড়ার গন্ধ, হাতের ছোঁয়া,তার জীবনে সুখ যে কত ক্ষণস্থায়ী গোয়া। মাটি ছুঁয়ে চলা তার কাজ, তবু মুখে হাসি, নেই কোন লাজ।

জুতো পুরনো, বেহাল, ফাটা, তবু তার হাতে মেলে নতুন জীবন, শক্তি। মুচির হৃদয়ে, মাটির মতো ঠান্ডা, কিন্তু তার শ্রমে গড়ে ওঠে নতুন আশা।

সবাই যে চায় চমকানো, মুচির হাতে যা, তা সব গোপন।তার কাজের গুনগুন সুরে, প্রতিদিন সে গড়ে তুলে মনের পুরান।

সকাল থেকে সন্ধ্যা হয়,পায়ের তলায় মুচি রয়। তার পরিশ্রমে মানুষ হাঁটে, অগোচরে থাকে সে সমাজের প্রান্তে।

তবু মুচির হৃদয় বড়, তার গল্পে জ্বলে স্নিগ্ধ অর। জুতো ঠিক করা শুধু নয়, তার হাতে বোনা জীবনময়।
