zooming in on a buttombrush
Risking more insect bites, I zoomed in on a plant that I later learned is called a buttonbush. I do not know if there are any foraging benefits to it, but the pollinators love them...so I didn't pick any. These little plants look like exploding suns when zoomed in on...quite lovely. I took this photo with my Pixel 7 Pro camera in our nearby marshlands...
