Updates: Nodifier App for SPKCC & DLUX Nodes

For prototyping work, @sagarkothari88 used Swift & iOS SDK to begin with. Now, @sagarkothari88 is working on app development using flutter.

• ⌛️for each user, check if user exists in queue or runner, if not send user push notification
• ⌛️execute above every 1 minute
