Buckle up, Hivers — this update is a chunky one. We shipped inline maps, gave Settings a glow-up, handed power users full control over Hive nodes, and quietly fixed enough bugs to keep our future selves out of therapy. Let's dive in. 🚀

🗺️ Maps & WorldMappin

The big headline: inline WorldMappin maps now render directly inside post detail pages. Location-enabled posts come alive with interactive maps right where you're reading — no tab juggling required.

We also slayed the dreaded Leaflet z-index gremlin. You know the one — where overlays, drawers, and map layers stack like a toddler built them. Maps, modals, and navigation now actually respect each other.

Outcome: better map usability, cleaner overlay behavior, and a smoother location-based content experience.

⚙️ Settings & Node Management

We rebuilt the entire Settings interface with the new HiveSuite design system. Better organization, better readability, less squinting.

You can now pick your default landing page — Blogs, Snaps, Communities, Polls, Videos, Shorts, Map, or Notifications — and HiveSuite remembers it across sessions. Open the app to your happy place. 🧘

Power users, this one's for you: custom Hive API node management. Add nodes, remove nodes, validate them, switch the active one, and enjoy persistent storage. And when a node ghosts you? Automatic fallback kicks in to keep things running.

📊 Analytics & Stability

We added anonymous Firebase Analytics to track route navigation, game activity, and general engagement — with zero personal data collected. We just want to know which buttons you love.

There's also a new Firebase kill switch, so suspended or invalid project keys can be disabled safely without rocking the whole boat. Plus, we removed unnecessary login requests during navigation and squashed sneaky session-recovery bugs.

Outcome: better stability, more reliable auth, and improved platform monitoring.

Analytics Integration

✨ General UX Improvements

We decluttered post action buttons by removing noisy hover tooltips — same functions, less visual yelling. We also rolled out a global Flag/Report system across major content types for consistent moderation.

A whole parade of screens got refreshed: Vote Slider, Comment Composer, Notifications, Inbox, Templates, Bookmarks, Ignored Users, and Governance. On the code side, we fixed multiple React 19 lint warnings and stamped out assorted TypeScript and runtime issues. Future maintainers, you're welcome. 💜
