Bosch The next generation dishwasher challenge

BSH Hausgeräte GmbH is the largest home appliance manufacturer in Europe. BSH aspires to improve the quality of life for people with its high-class products and superior solutions. BOSCH is one major brand in the BSH portfolio with the goal to deliver these promises.

Therefore, we have a high interest in your ideas about the future of household chores – especially everything around dishwashing. How can a dishwasher facilitate dishwashing more than today? What are challenges and problems interacting with the dishwasher today? How could he ‘wow’ us? What would make it to our favorite home appliance? Is there anything that would change dishwashing from a non-emotional to a fun process?

Task
Very often we think in solutions and forget about the problems behind. In order to overcome this, we are asking you – the HYVE Crowd Community – to help us. Providing your ideas to us, please take into consideration that every solution should refer to a specific problem and describe this accordingly. Below some inspiring and guiding questions:

Problem:

What is most annoying with dishwashing?
Are there any new routines or behaviors arising around dishwashing?
The world is evolving constantly - what does that mean as regards to a dishwasher?
Solution:

How the identified problems could be solved?
Are there already individual ideas to resolve the problem?
What kind of functionalities could make dishwashing easier or more interesting in the future?
How to ensure to meet new demands of performance and hygiene?
Submitting your ideas please be inspired by the problems described by other participants. Solutions do have priority in the evaluation. The best solution ideas are new to the market, provide a perceivable benefit to consumers and show a business potential.
