Yesterday I was feeding my tropical fish some Baby Spinach, as you van see they just love it!!
Most vegetables are healthy for tropical fish. It helps with their digestive system.
I feed my fish cucumber and baby spinach on a regular basis, but they will eat most vegetables.
The vegetables should be boiled for a short time before feeding them to the fish.
If there is vegetable matter left over after a day, it should be removed from the tank as it can rot and spoil your water condition.
As you can see the shrimps can almost not get to the spinach!!
The large Ancistrus female gives them a nice Roller Coaster ride on the leave!!
