So my mom and stepdad knew a guy that knew a guy that did roofs, so they hired him to redo a roof on a house they owned.

It ended up being a leaking mess with a collapsed ceiling and several areas with small leaks. The roofer had to repair the ceiling that collapsed.

A few areas started leaking with the recent rain. I cleaned the roof of all debris and applied a roof repair to the few areas that looked suspicious.

I spent three hours trimming trees and working on the roof.

This was my view of the moon from the front yard after I finished working on the roof. The halo is a sign of an approaching storm.
