What a beautiful day, but it's extremely hot and the air quality is not good. A lot of smoke is in the air so I'm thinking we have fires in the Sierra Nevada mountains.

I walked out of town 2 times today for the bulk of today's @actifit steps. The first time I walked of town, I walked to the neighboring town's city limit sign and I did push-ups.

The second time I walked out to the new construction and did push-ups on the parking lot.

The boys and I walked to the park tonight and we ran around the playground for 30 minutes.

The moon is red and it must be the smoke in the air, because I don't know of any blood moon on the calendar.

@luvbnamome and I attempted to photograph the red moon, and it's not easy.
