Remembering 55,500 Actifit Steps - My Actifit Report Card: March 23 2025

I've been super motivated in recent weeks and I dug through some old clothes early this morning. I found a shirt that luvbnamome@luvbnamome made for me 6 years ago.

The shirt was made for a local Relay For Life walk. I remember we had to stop walking because of a severe rain storm, but I remember doing a lot of walking.

55,500 steps were scored that day and I think that is my highest actifit@actifit step count all time.

A little bit of every kind of backyard work was done today. I climbed a ladder, I used a chainsaw, I sanded and painted canopy tubing and I finally threw down the old dumbbells with a fresh coat of flat black.

I made a platform out of old fence pickets for one of my dad's old benches and the little guy was all over it.

He thinks everything I make is for him, and it's absolutely true.

I was cutting some high limbs on a backyard tree and one almost got me.

Maybe I worked out a little too much today, because I want to stop in my tracks.

It's shirtless weather now days here in California, but I wore the shirt all day.

Best wishes from runridefly@runridefly.
