I've been up since 3 am preparing and working a yard sale. I just woke up from an old man coma nap.

I walked through the yard and through the house hundreds of times today.

So I sold three old dirty fake Christmas trees this afternoon and the lady who purchased them, thoroughly cleaned them before loading them in her car.

While her mom was aggressively trying to purchase a really nice shoe rack for $.50 for the second time.

Just because it's a yard sale doesn't mean things should be nearly free. I love selling stuff.

I earned every step and now I'm going to start preparing for the second day of the yard sale.

And that unique three wheeler I purchased at the swap meet for $3.00 was sold $15.00.
