Aggressive babysitting - My Actifit Report Card: April 16 2023

Too much activity to report, but I spent 2 hours holding and walking with my newborn son.

I can calm him down with some aggressive walking and handling.

I moved a lot of free weight and weight stands this afternoon, and I weed whacked a small backyard.

I feel like an 18 year old today.
