Sometimes I see many people sitting with a large number of votes! Without posting, they read a large number of votes under their posts! I wish I had such a large number of votes! How nice it would be! Maybe there is no shortage of people who think like this.

But have you ever thought, how much trouble it took for these people to get big votes. How much time they are giving, or how much their labor is. We only care about what we see in front of us, but what lies behind it. Maybe none of us are lucky enough to see that

We probably see a lot of different types of communities that have moderators. Admin is there. Their posts are downvoted fairly well. After a few days they got quite a good number of votes. But have you ever thought why they get this vote or how much they suffer.

Maybe you don't have the time to think about that, I don't have you, or you don't have the time to look around. But I tried actually these people are suffering so much,,,, you can't even imagine how much they are suffering.

You might think that he is sitting as a community moderator verifying 5-6 posts a day. Gets a lot of big votes. Even if he doesn't get votes from a variety of places, he does. But how much role does he play in verifying that post? And have you ever tried to understand how much it hurts.

Maybe not, but I would request everyone not to think badly. Try to understand their pain from your own place. Just saying a post does not make it verified. Or like us who are normal users. We try to read a post,,, to make a small comment. But to verify a post, how many rules have to be followed. Maybe we don't have that idea.

We should all have that idea. Because those of us who think they get big votes sit with votes. So they may not think about how to get it. But when we see the votes below their posts, our eyes widen. And I thought to myself, Oh wow, so many votes have been received.
