Whai is Hedonsam ...
To me, hedonism is a philosophy that celebrates life in its most beautiful and sensual aspects. It's a way of looking at the world through the lens of enjoyment—whether it's the taste of a favorite meal, the feeling of the warm sun on your skin, or a moment of laughter with friends. I see hedonism not as a mere pursuit of pleasures without limits, but as the ability to find joy and fulfillment in everyday moments.
Of course, it is not always easy to balance between the desire to enjoy and the responsibility towards oneself and others. But for me, hedonism is not selfishness it is the art of living, where pleasure is experienced as a reward for being present, grateful, and able to be fully here and now.
