Flow rolling | Grappling - Intelligent rolls

As far as I know, I was a spazzy guy for just the first month of my training.
I quickly realized that experienced opponents always had a upper hand on me even I was physically stronger.

Here in this video, me rolling with my super good friend. We always roll without winning. We would roll endlessly trying techniques and try new stuffs safely.
He is a fresh purple belt and I cannot be more happier for him. We are both super technical and it's always fun rolling together.
You can see us both smile at 0.50 when he swept me to take my back. Watch us go from slow to fast paced rolling.

So I am known for my passing game and my friend is very well known for exceptional guard play and this is the best thing we could ever imagine to have.
We make super good sparring partners and this is what is needed more in the sport rather than toxic people trying to injure you.
