Buen día amigos 😊 es un placer poder compartir con ustedes este post, el cual disfrute mucho haciendo 👀 espero les guste, a continuación les explicaré un poco más acerca de mi manera de entrenar estáticos 💪🏼💪🏼

Mis entrenamientos de estáticos nunca han consistido en progresiones, de hecho no suelo enfocarme a las progresiones a no ser que quiera mejorar postura, corregir el ángulo del isométrico o perfeccionar detalles.
My static training has never consisted of progressions, in fact I don't usually focus on progressions unless I want to improve posture, correct the angle of the isometric or perfect details.
Una vez que desbloqueo un estático nuevo no me enfoco tanto en conseguir una postura perfecta. Mi vista está puesta en sumar segundos para tener una base sólida para poder perfeccionar al máximo dicho estático. Para ello por 3 series (con un descanso suficiente entre cada una) realizo aguantes al fallo en el estático que este trabajando, igualmente hago con los combos, realizo las combinaciones de estáticos hasta que me sienta satisfecho.
Once I unlock a new static I don't focus as much on getting perfect posture. My sight is set on adding seconds to have a solid base to be able to perfect said static to the maximum. For this, for 3 series (with a sufficient rest between each one) I perform resistance to failure in the static that I am working on, I also do with the combos, I perform the combinations of static until I feel satisfied.
Hasta ahora gracias a este método he logrado conseguir una buena cantidad de isométricos, los cuales he sometido y sigo sometiendo a este tipo de entrenamientos mínimo 2 veces al mes. He notado mejoras notables en la postura, el aguante, el tranque y la facilidad para ejecutar el movimiento. Debido a esto he logrado entender que si quieres segundos "trabaja en base a conseguir segundos", si quieres perfeccion "trabaja en base a conseguir perfeccion". Until now, thanks to this method, I have managed to achieve a good number of isometrics, which I have undergone and continue to undergo this type of training at least twice a month. I have noticed notable improvements in posture, stamina, balance and the ease of executing the movement. Because of this I have come to understand that if you want seconds "work based on getting seconds", if you want perfection "work based on getting perfect".
