Mister Pastel

Mister Paste, is another place that you cannot miss if you come to Barinas, Mister pastel sells some better pastries, the dough is between sweet and salty.

When I was there we ate some Andean meat patties in a stick, yes a Bara meat stuffed into a patty, because the meat in sticks typical here in Barinas.

For those who do not know what is meat in bara, it is a meat prepared on the coals and it cooks very slowly, it is quite cooked and you can feel the toasting of the meat surface.

They also make some sandwiches that I could not miss trying, my favorite sandwich is guava with cheese, a good good sweet with salty.

There are cakes of ground and roasted meat, that of roasted meat is my favorite, you must also visit this place if you come here, and don't forget to eat it with the traditional malt from the Polar company, there is no Venezuelan flavor without a malt, it is the best because I have tried those from another country and they don't taste good.

The place is very cozy, there are counters and chairs if you want to eat it there or if you prefer, ask for it to go as we did.
